Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Velence – Vision to Elegance.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict hygiene-first return policy.

Products Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • A product is missing from your order.

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to process claims.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, intimate wear, thongs, nightwear
  • Massage oils, perfumes, edible items
  • Naughty cards, scratch cards, game kits
  • Gift boxes / curated sets
  • Any item that has been opened or tampered with

Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement, depending on availability.
  • Refunds to original payment method are issued only in rare exceptional cases.

How to Raise a Return Request

Email us at support@velence.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos + unboxing video
